Tournament directors reserve the right to change game formats as inclement weather dictates. There could be a possibility of cancelled pool games, reduced time limits, or elimination games reduced from double to single. Please keep in mind that we want to make the best possible scenario for everyone; however, we can not control weather circumstances.

Withdrawal from Weekend Tournaments (Saturday/Sunday)
Before Tuesday 8PM the Week of Tournament = 100% Refund
After Tuesday 8PM the Week of Tournament = 0% Refund
Withdrawal from Super NIT, State or World Series
14 Days Notice = 100% Refund
Less than 14 Days Notice = 0% Refund
If you need to remove your team after the 100% refund date please send your request to the director in writing no later than 24hrs prior to the start date. If you choose not to show up your team will be fined in the amount of your entry.
Inclement Weather (3 GAME GUARANTEE)
No Games Played = Full Refund
1 Game Played = 50% Refund
2 Games Played = No Refund
Inclement Weather (4 GAME GUARANTEE)
No Games Played = Full Refund
1 Game Played = 75% Refund
2 Games Played = 50% Refund
3 Games Played= No Refund
